Carol Velez possesses 20 years of experience in corporate work space design.
After graduating at the top of her class from Fresno State’s world renowned interior design program she was recruited by one of the Valley’s top design firms. She gained extensive experience creating work spaces for healthcare facilities, corporate offices, government organizations and more.

Ms. Velez has always had an interest in improving our environment through sustainability and played a role in developing the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council) Central California Chapter. She also acted as Treasurer while the organization was in its infancy. She is familiar with the practices which help businesses improve their sustainability and can assist you in your journey to L.E.E.D. (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification.
Art has also been a strong influence on Ms. Velez’s life and designs. She attributes her unique coveted design style in part to her world travel and experiences living in Nicaragua and Spain. She returned to Fresno State and is currently earning her Master’s Degree in Art History. She is constantly inspired by talented local studio artists.
Opening Green Office Furnishings was a natural progression of Ms. Velez’s career and combines her passions for sustainability, fine art, interior design and community service.
